Children's Day Celebration with students

I celebrated this Children's Day 2025 with the Defenders of Earth, the First Standard students of Sahakari Prarthamika Shaale, JP Nagar Puttennahalli. Interacting with the little ones, narrating stories on #climateaction, listening to them speak on nature and water, was a bliss!

The whole session of mutual learning held the true essence of #Climateeducation and #climateaction.

The session ended with a Pledge for Earth, where the Children promised to plant the sapplings distributed at home and act as Earth's Little warriors.

Medical plants like Papaya, Bertle leaf, Curry leaf, Aloevera, Hibiscus were distributed to the students.

Climate education at grassroot level is the need of the hour.

There is no Climate Solution without Climate education.

This COP 30, I urge for Involving youth and children in major climate decision, as we are the future of this planet
