SMALL ACTIONS TODAY, BIG IMPACT TOMORROW!

On July 7th, 2026, the Sunshine Children For Change team kicked off #Vanamahotsav week with an incredible, high-energy environmental awareness campaign at Chunchunghatta Primary School, Bengaluru!

We had the privilege of connecting with nearly 100 enthusiastic students from Classes 1 to 7, along with their amazing school staff. Together, we explored how young minds can lead the charge for a cleaner, greener future.

What went down:

Rain Garden Magic: We hosted interactive sessions breaking down the vital role of rain gardens in urban water conservation (crucial for our beautiful Bengaluru! ).

Eco-Action: The kids learned simple, everyday habits to protect our planet.

Green Gifts: To turn inspiration into action, we distributed saplings of fruits, Curry Leaf, Ajwain, Blue Pea, and Hibiscus to the students to plant and nurture!

From learning to doing, these bright young minds are stepping up to become environmental leaders in their schools and communities. Watching their passion give us so much hope for the future!
